Inspired by Our Children & The Passion for Food
With sixteen years of experience as a dental hygienist, I went to school, communicated with
children, taught them how to brush their teeth and floss, asked them how often to visit the
dental office for checkups, and how to eat healthy food, and provided additional activities they
enjoyed.
Nutrition
After I earned my master’s in nutrition and food science from Montclair State University in
2025, I decided to go to school as a volunteer to teach students and children the definition of
nutrition, general nutrition, the various types of foods we have, and the relationship between
food and cavities and healthy food, using different games until students and children like
nutrition.
